## Synopsis

Dip (2018) is a Turkish PuhuTV psychological thriller series created for the network PuhuTV, running eight one-hour episodes as a single limited season. İlker Kaleli plays Sahir, a police psychiatrist who talks people down from suicide while still tormented by the ghost of his late wife Ekin, played by Berrak Tüzünataç. His path crosses with that of scientist Bilge, played by Neslihan Atagül, after a mysterious message links the two of them. Together they are drawn into a conspiracy built on a series of suspicious suicides and dangerous secrets from the past, with Feridun Düzağaç appearing as Orhan and Lale Mansur as Günay among the wider cast. The engine of the show is a steady push toward the truth, with each episode peeling back another layer of the deaths while Sahir's grief keeps intruding on his judgment. Tone is brooding, paranoid and emotionally heavy, leaning on dread-filled atmosphere and quiet interior anguish rather than spectacle. Fans of The Killing and Twin Peaks will find resonance in its haunted investigator and its slow unravelling of buried secrets. The series suits viewers who want a tightly constructed, character-driven mystery told in a single compact arc.
