## Synopsis

Reto 4 Elementos (2018-2023) is a Mexican reality competition series, broadcast in Spanish, that runs four seasons and 244 episodes. Thirty-two participants, divided into eight teams of two men and two women, face a sequence of physical trials built around the four classical elements of air, water, earth and fire. The engine of each episode is the challenge itself: teams must push through demanding tests of strength, nerve and stamina, and the weakest performers risk elimination as the field narrows. Ceci Flores, a season winner appearing as herself, is among the familiar faces returning across the run, and the host Montserrat Olivier and narrator Yavidán Valaí frame the action with a steady, energetic presence. Seasons are arranged as a continuing competition rather than standalone stories, so each season builds on the same format of teams, elemental trials and gradual elimination. The mood is brisk, competitive and high-energy, with camaraderie and rivalry sitting side by side. Fans of Survivor, Wipeout and Exatlón will find resonance in its blend of team dynamics, physical spectacle and elimination drama. The format suits viewers who enjoy watching contestants test their limits under harsh conditions across a long, episode-driven run of challenges.
