## Synopsis

Clean with Passion for Now (2018-2019) is a South Korean romantic comedy-drama series created by Noh Jong-chan and Han Hee-jung for JTBC, adapted from a webtoon. Kim You-jung plays Gil Oh-sol, a cheerful employee at a cleaning company, and Yoon Kyun-sang plays Jang Seon-gyul, its wealthy and fastidious boss whose severe fear of germs makes him an unlikely match for her. Their relationship is the engine of the sixteen-episode run: she pushes him to confront his mysophobia while he tries to keep his composure around a woman who lives in dirt and grime. Supporting characters including Song Jae-im and Ahn Suk-hwan add workplace rivalry and family pressure. The show moves through everyday cleaning jobs and corporate meetings, with each episode balancing sharp banter against small, tender moments of healing. Its tone is light and warm, playful with a touch of melancholy, and its theme of a rigid man learning to loosen up gives it a comforting shape. Fans of My Love from the Star and Business Proposal will find resonance in its blend of romance, humor, and class-crossing chemistry. It is a single-season, self-contained romance that rewards viewers who enjoy gentle, character-driven k-drama storytelling.
