## Synopsis

Al Waseya (2018) is an Egyptian comedy miniseries created by Ayman Wattar and produced by KMEDIA, broadcast across CBC and ART Hekayat channels. Its 30 episodes of roughly 36 minutes follow Ebbo, played by Akram Hosni, after his father dies and leaves a will that makes his inheritance conditional on finishing a list of tasks. Ebbo leans on his loyal friend Semsem, played by Ahmed Amin, to get each task done, and the pair's schemes and mishaps drive the episodes forward. Principal supporting players include Reem Mostafa as Shahy, Khaled Kamal as Lebosa, and Bahgat Adly as Adonis, each adding comic friction to the plan. The series moves through a sequence of self-contained errands, with the overall quest giving the season a steady forward pull. Its tone is light, breezy and warm, leaning on physical humor and the affectionate chemistry between the two leads. A contemporary Egyptian setting provides the backdrop for the everyday chaos. Viewers who enjoy Mr. Bean's gentle slapstick or the friendship comedy of Ramez Gets Married will find a similar appeal in this single-season, family-friendly run.
