## Synopsis

The Queen of Flow (2018-present) is a Colombian national-television telenovela-style crime drama series created by Andrés Salgado for Caracol TV. Set in contemporary Medellín, it follows a talented songwriter, Yeimy Montoya, played by Carolina Ramírez, who is wrongly imprisoned and then seeks justice seventeen years later against the men who caused her downfall and killed her family. Carlos Torres plays Charly Flow, a central figure in her world, while Mabel Moreno, Andres Sandoval and Adriana Arango round out the principal cast. The engine of the series is a long, serialized pursuit of vengeance, with each episode weaving musical performances, underworld dealings and confrontations into a steadily tightening web of betrayal. Across three seasons and roughly 237 episodes, the story unfolds as one continuing arc, with the emotional stakes rising through reversals and family tragedy. The tone is melodramatic and intense, combining the heightened sentiment of Latin American soap opera with the grit of a crime thriller and the glamour of the music industry. Fans of Revenge and Yo soy Betty, la fea will find resonance in its wronged heroine, its operatic emotional swings and its vengeful, character-driven plotting.
