## Synopsis

Stath Lets Flats (2018-2021) is a British sitcom and workplace comedy created by Jamie Demetriou for Channel 4. Jamie Demetriou plays Stath Charalambos, an incompetent Greek-Cypriot lettings agent who works for his family business alongside his father Vasos (Christos Stergioglou) and his sister Sophie (Natasia Demetriou). Stath spends each half-hour episode wrestling to avoid being outshone by Carole (Katy Wix), the ruthlessly ambitious top agent at the firm. The engine of the show is the daily grind of a struggling London letting agency, where botched viewings, pushy deals and petty office rivalries pile up while the company fights off the threat of Smethwicks, the glossy high-end estate agents next door. The series runs across three seasons of six episodes each, and its comedy is built on awkward, cringe-inducing situations and a family dynamic that keeps pulling in opposite directions. Set in contemporary London, it carries a warm but sharp tone, with wince-worthy humour and affectionate loyalty at its core. Fans of The Office, Alan Partridge and Fleabag will find resonance in its blend of cringe, self-written character comedy and a hapless protagonist who is always one step behind.
