## Synopsis

The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants (2018-2019) is an American computer-animated kids' comedy series created for Netflix and produced by DreamWorks Animation Television. Fourth-grade best friends George and Harold share a love of pranks and comic books, and their scheming revolves around their principal, Mr. Krupp, whose alter ego becomes the undies-wearing hero Captain Underpants. Each episode is a self-contained caper built from classroom mischief, alter-ego antics and mock-heroic battles against silly villains, with playful narration carrying the story along like a comic book read aloud. The series runs three seasons of brisk, goofy, gently irreverent fun, bright with juvenile gross-out humor and the escalating absurdity of schoolyard pranks. Its bold animation suits young viewers and families looking for an easy watch, and fans of The Amazing World of Gumball will find a similar cheerful, mischievous spirit. The tone stays light and affectionate throughout, a comforting comedy about friendship and imagination rather than consequence.
