## Synopsis

All American (2018-2026) is a US teen drama created by April Blair for The CW, a network series built on high school sports. Rising football player Spencer James (Daniel Ezra) is recruited from South Central Los Angeles to play for Beverly Hills High, and his move collides with the lives of two families from very different worlds. Taye Diggs plays Billy Baker, a Beverly Hills father whose household is tested by the newcomers, while Bre-Z brings a sharp edge as Tamia 'Coop' Cooper, a figure from Spencer's old neighborhood. Across eight seasons the show stays a serialized soap of locker room ambitions, romance, money pressure and family obligation, with each episode built around a game, a deal, or a personal crisis. Its tone mixes earnest heart, glossy wealth and a touch of humor, the way fans of Friday Night Lights, One Tree Hill and Glee will find familiar. Practical stakes and wide emotional arcs keep it accessible for viewers who want a warm, character driven ensemble.
