## Synopsis

Kérem a következőt! (1975-1986) is a Hungarian animated children's comedy created by József Nepp and József Romhányi for Magyar Televízió and produced by Pannónia Filmstúdió. Its protagonist, Dr. Bubó, is a short-eared owl who has earned his medical degree and sets up his practice inside an oak tree, where he treats the ailing creatures of the forest with his capable assistant, the nurse Ursula, voiced by Zsuzsa Csala. Gyula Szabó voices Dr. Bubó, and Gyula Bodrogi plays Csőrmester, while Árpád Gyenge and Zoltán Gera share the role of the tortoise Ernő across episodes. The engine of the show is simple: a patient arrives with a problem, and the clinic team works through it with patience and good humor. Each thirteen-minute episode is self-contained, so the series plays as a case-of-the-week sequence spread across three seasons and thirty-nine episodes. The setting is a quiet woodland community rendered in the gentle, hand-drawn style of socialist-era Hungarian studio animation. The tone is warm, whimsical and reassuring, with a wholesome focus on kindness and everyday responsibility. Fans of Bagpuss, The Wind in the Willows and Mr. Benn will find a similar comfort in its small-scale charm.
