## Synopsis

Crash (2018-2019) is a Turkish television drama series created by Ali Aydın and broadcast on Show TV, a single-season run of 24 episodes. Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ plays Kadir Adalı, a man who loses his wife and daughter in a terrorist attack and decides to end his life by staging a car accident, only to find that the collision changes his course and those of three others caught up in it. Elçin Sangu plays Zeynep Tunç, one of the people whose lives become entangled with his after the crash, and Melisa Aslı Pamuk plays Cemre Gür, with Alperen Duymaz, Onur Saylak and Mustafa Uğurlu filling out the principal cast. The engine of the show is the slow unraveling of guilt, secrecy and the question of whether a stranger's accidental impact can become a route back to living. Each episode moves between the characters' separate worlds and their shared, lingering consequences, building a single continuing story across its season. Set in contemporary Turkey, the series is a Turkish drama with a melancholic, emotional register, mixing grief with tender moments of human connection. Fans of Big Little Lies and the interlocking melodrama of Kara Sevda will find resonance in its emotional intensity and its interlocking lives.
