## Synopsis

Top Management (2018) is a South Korean scripted romance drama series that aired on YouTube Premium, a single-season run of sixteen half-hour episodes. Its story follows Yoo Eun-sung (Seo Eun-soo), a former K-pop idol trainee who finds a new purpose as a manager for a boy band without a future. Alongside him, Hyun Soo-yong (Ahn Hyo-seop) and Woo Yeon-woo (Cha Eun-woo) move through the world of the group, with Teo (Jung Yoo-ahn) and Irib (Bang Jae-min) among the members whose careers hang in the balance. The engine of the series is the daily work of building an act from nothing: rehearsals, negotiations, and small setbacks that test whether the group can find an audience. The show is a single contained season rather than a sprawling saga, and its tone stays breezy and hopeful, with romance threading through the professional stakes. Set in contemporary Seoul, it sits within the k-drama tradition and sits comfortably alongside idol dramas and light romantic comedies. Fans of Idol Producer and Boys Over Flowers will find a similar blend of youthful ambition, industry glamour, and warm romantic tension in its bright, sincere episodes.
