## Synopsis

Halka is a Turkish crime thriller series that unfolds as a single, tightly built season of nineteen episodes. Two men, Kaan and Cihangir, are drawn together by a shared dark past, and their pursuit of the truth is built around notebooks, old cases and a web of lies. Around them move a family and associates, each tangled in money, loyalty and intrigue that bind the story together. The engine of the show is simple and relentless: the two men must uncover the criminal conspiracy behind their past while staying alive against mafia pressure and the feared figure known as Halka. Each episode layers reveals onto one another, so tension builds steadily rather than resetting week to week. The mood is brooding and paranoid, with a dread-filled undercurrent of betrayal and hidden motives. Viewers who enjoy Kurtlar Vadisi or Breaking Bad will find resonance in its morally compromised characters, its serialized conspiracy and its atmosphere of menace. It is a dense, character-driven thriller for viewers who enjoy long arcs of intrigue and slow-burning dread.
