## Synopsis

NooBees (2018-2020) is a Colombian Spanish-language family comedy-drama created by Flipy for Nickelodeon Latinoamérica. Silvia Rojas (Michelle Olvera) is a basketball player who has no interest in video games, yet she is determined to help her uncle Erick Rojas (Brandon Figueredo) fulfill his dream of winning an e-sports championship, even if it means she must become a professional player herself. Her father Hector and his brother Erick are devoted gamers, and the family's divided passions create friction at every turn. Andrés de la Mora plays David Gomez, and Megumi Hasebe plays Liliana Lili, part of the supporting circle of friends and rivals who share the team's ambitions. The series runs across two seasons totaling 120 episodes of roughly fifty minutes each, and it follows one continuing storyline in which each episode advances the push toward competitive gaming glory. Its tone is light, sincere, and energetic, with humor built on generational clashes and sibling rivalry, and its theme of pursuing a passion against family expectations gives it warmth. Fans of Cobra Kai, Degrassi: The Next Generation, and Ready Player One will find a similar mix of youthful competition and family comedy. The show was canceled after its second season.
