## Synopsis

Made in Heaven (2019-2023) is an Indian drama series created by Reema Kagti and Zoya Akhtar for Prime Video. Two wedding planners in Delhi, Tara Khanna (Sobhita Dhulipala) and Karan Mehra (Arjun Mathur), run a business that stages big fat Indian weddings for the city's wealthy families. Their work keeps pulling them into the private lives of clients, where tradition presses against modern aspirations and every celebration hides secrets and lies. Tara's marriage to Adil Khanna (Jim Sarbh) and Karan's own hidden life put pressure on their professional partnership, while the couple's clients bring new scandals each week. The series spans two seasons across sixteen episodes of roughly forty-seven minutes each, with a serialized structure in which the wedding of the week drives the drama and the personal arcs carry over. Set in contemporary Delhi, it moves through silk, music, and crowded mandaps, with a glossy, romantic surface and a tone that is witty, sincere, and quietly melancholic. Its themes of class, desire, and the cost of appearances make it a fit for viewers who enjoy social drama. Fans of Gossip Girl and The Big Fat Indian Wedding will find resonance here, along with those who like glossy romance dramas about elite urban life.
