## Synopsis

Monsters at Work (2021-2024) is an American animated family comedy series created by Bobs Gannaway for Disney Channel and Disney XD, a spin-off of the Pixar film Monsters, Inc. Tylor Tuskmon, a young monster who has long idolized the legendary Scarer James P. Sullivan, arrives at Monsters Incorporated expecting to frighten children, only to learn that laughter is now the company's power source. Reassigned to the Facilities Team, he sets his sights on becoming a Jokester, and each episode follows his clumsy attempts at humor alongside coworkers such as Millie and Roz. The engine is simple: a well-meaning newcomer, a workplace full of quirky monster colleagues, and a steady stream of comic mishaps. Running two seasons and twenty half-hour episodes, the series is a light, cheerful, self-contained comedy of ever-changing office situations rather than one continuing storyline. Its warm, breezy register and bright 3D animation suit young viewers and families, and fans of Monsters, Inc., Phineas and Ferb and Gravity Falls will find a similar playful spirit here.
