## Synopsis

The Other Me (2019-2023) is a Greek crime mystery series created by Sotiris Tsafoulias for Cosmote TV. Across three seasons and twenty-four episodes, a string of murders alarms the police, and each crime scene bears strange symbols that point back to ancient myth. The engine is a puzzle: police must identify the killer before the next body appears, and they turn to Dimitris Lainis, an eccentric professor of criminology played by Pigmalion Dadakaridis, whose unusual mind reads patterns others miss. Petros Lagoutis plays Pantelis Sklavis, a police officer working alongside him, and Vicky Papadopoulou plays Christina Stergiou, adding a further principal perspective to the investigation. Each season is built from a sequence of linked cases where greek mythology, numbers and cryptic clues slowly tighten into a larger design. The tone is tense and cerebral, with unsettling imagery and a steady undercurrent of dread. Fans of Hannibal, Sherlock and The Killing will find resonance in its blend of brooding atmosphere, eccentric genius and serialized murder puzzle.
