## Synopsis

Seven Worlds, One Planet (2019) is a British natural history documentary series produced by the BBC Natural History Unit for BBC One, with David Attenborough providing the narration. Across seven hour-long episodes, each devoted to one of the Earth's continents, the series travels from deserts and mountain ranges to coastlines and jungles to show how ancient continental drift and the forces that reshaped the planet produced the distinctive animals living on each landmass. Rather than following a single protagonist, the series keeps its focus on the animals themselves, using observational camerawork to capture behavior, migration, hunting, and parenting in the wild. Each episode is built as a self-contained survey, so viewers can drop into any continent without losing the thread. The tone is warm, reverent, and quietly awe-filled, with Attenborough's measured voice turning deep time and geography into something intimate and hopeful. The production has the polish and scale of a major BBC nature series, and fans of Planet Earth II, Blue Planet II, and Our Planet will find the same blend of spectacle and gentle environmental concern. It suits family viewing and anyone drawn to wildlife, geology, and the natural world.
