## Synopsis

Most Dangerous Game (2020-2023) is an American thriller series created by Nick Santora, Scott Elder and Josh Harmon for CBS Studios and the short-lived Quibi platform, later carried by the Roku Channel. Liam Hemsworth plays Dodge Tynes, a man facing a terminal illness who must protect his pregnant wife, and he accepts an offer to join a lethal game in which the wealthy hunters pursue him. Christoph Waltz plays Miles Sellars, the calculating figure who runs the hunt, while David Castañeda, Sarah Gadon and Aaron Poole round out the principal cast. The engine of the series is relentless pursuit: Dodge must outwit trained hunters, secure his own survival and keep his wife in view while every episode forces him into a new trap. Across two seasons and twenty-seven short episodes of roughly nine minutes each, the story moves briskly through chases, betrayals and narrow escapes rather than long pauses. The modern-day setting gives the hunt a sleek, contemporary edge, and the tone is propulsive, tense and harrowing, with a sustained undercurrent of desperation. Fans of The Running Man, Battle Royale and Hunted will find the same blend of survival pressure and cat-and-mouse thrills.
