## Synopsis

Infinity Train (2019-2021) is an American animated fantasy adventure series created by Owen Dennis for Cartoon Network and HBO Max. Across four seasons and forty short episodes of roughly eleven minutes, the story follows a group of young passengers stranded on a mysterious, endless train. Their goal is to find the doorway home, but every car they enter holds a new self-contained world with its own rules, creatures and puzzles that must be solved before they can move on. Characters including Tuba, Hazel, Min-Gi and Ryan are voiced by Diane Delano, Isabella Abiera, Johnny Young and Sekai Murashige, and their bonds deepen as the journey pushes them to confront their pasts and their fears. The engine is a slow-burn mystery about the train's origin layered over each car's episodic puzzle, so the series rewards close attention. The tone mixes whimsy with wistful, existential melancholy and a surprisingly dark undercurrent, with a hand-drawn Cartoon Network look. Fans of Adventure Time, Steven Universe and Over the Garden Wall will find resonance in its blend of fantastical worlds, emotional growth and mythic mystery. The series was canceled, so its final story remains open-ended.
