## Synopsis

Honour (Heder, 2019-2022) is a Swedish crime drama series created by Julia Dufvenius, Sofia Helin and Anja Lundqvist for Viaplay. Four partners at a Stockholm law firm named Heder, played by Anja Lundqvist as Janni, Julia Dufvenius as Elin, Alexandra Rapaport as Nour and Eva Röse as Karin, gain notoriety by taking on cases for victims of sex crimes and speaking out openly against patriarchy. The engine of the show is the tension between the courtroom and the wider public arena, as the partners push past narrow legal wins toward changes in how society treats survivors, while facing hostile opponents, colleagues and institutions. Each season builds on the last as the firm's cases grow more serious and the personal lives of its founders become entangled with their work. The tone is urgent and combative, with moments of warmth and dark humor, and the atmosphere is contemporary and grounded in modern Sweden. Its earnest feminist focus and social critique will resonate with viewers who enjoy Unbelievable, The Killing and Ally McBeal, and with anyone looking for a Nordic legal drama built around justice and solidarity.
