## Synopsis

Centaurworld (2021) is an American animated fantasy comedy created by Megan Nicole Dong for Netflix. A war horse, voiced by Kimiko Glenn, is hurled out of her embattled world into a strange, colorful land filled with silly, singing centaurs of every species, shape, and size. Her goal is simple and urgent: get back home. Along the way she teams up with a band of these creatures, including the rider voiced by Jessie Mueller and the centaur Wammawink voiced by Megan Hilty, and each episode is built from a short quest, a skirmish, or an absurd detour that pushes her further from the battlefield she knows. The show delivers a breezy, musical blend of martial imagery and goofy songs, so combat scenes are undercut by whimsy rather than dread. Its tone is bright, playful, and warmly sincere, with an undercurrent about loyalty and finding belonging far from home. Two short seasons of eighteen episodes in total make it an easy, low-stakes watch. Fans of Adventure Time, She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, and The Dragon Prince will find kindred whimsy and heart.
