## Synopsis

Are You Afraid of the Dark? (2019-2022) is an American horror anthology series created by BenDavid Grabinski for Nickelodeon, a reboot of the 1990s children's classic. Each season follows a new group of kids who belong to the Midnight Society, a secret club that meets at night around a campfire in the woods to trade scary stories. The engine of every season is the same: a member's tale turns out to be true, and the children must stand together against a curse, a creature, or a haunted attraction that has crossed into their world. Max (Conor Sherry) and Graham Raimi (Jeremy Ray Taylor) anchor the first season, while Mr. Tophat (Rafael Casal) presides over the ritual as a sinister host figure. Later seasons introduce Bryce Gheisar as Luke McCoy and Beatrice Kitsos as Hanna Romero, with Malia Baker as Gabby Lewis.
