## Synopsis

Daisy Jones & the Six (2023) is an American limited series created by Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber for Prime Video, adapted from the novel by Taylor Jenkins Reid. Riley Keough plays Daisy Jones, a wild, gifted singer whose raw talent pulls her into a volatile partnership with Sam Claflin's Billy Dunne, the charismatic frontman of a rising band. Their creative chemistry becomes an unstable romance that fuels the band's rapid ascent, with Camila Morrone and Suki Waterhouse rounding out the ensemble as the people who live in the storm around them. The engine is simple and relentless: a group of musicians chasing a record deal, a sold-out tour, and the next great song, while addiction, jealousy, and ambition keep threatening to tear everything apart. Told in ten episodes of a single continuing story, the series is framed as present-day interviews in which the surviving members finally reveal what really happened. Set in the rock scene of 1970s Los Angeles and on the road across America, it carries a nostalgic, sultry, bittersweet register, with the music at its heart. Fans of Vinyl, Almost Famous, and This Is Spinal Tap will find resonance in its blend of rock glamour, fractured loyalty, and the cost of fame.
