## Synopsis

Who Killed Little Gregory? (2019) is a French true crime documentary miniseries created for Netflix, produced by Imagissime and Lagardère Studios. Across five episodes of roughly 55 minutes each, the series follows the young parents at the center of a devastating case after their 4-year-old son is murdered. Their engine is relentless: they want the truth, and every lead, accusation and official setback pushes them further into an arduous and frustratingly elusive hunt for the killer. Each episode builds on interviews, archival material and reconstructed investigative detail, so the story unfolds as a patient accumulation of evidence rather than a neat puzzle. It is a one-season limited series, structured as a single continuing case where order matters. The tone is sober, tense and deeply sorrowful, with a steady undercurrent of grief and public suspicion. Its atmosphere is closer to a documentary casefile than to fiction, and it sits in the tradition of prestige true crime work. Viewers who admired The Staircase, Making a Murderer and The Jinx will recognize its patient, morally unsettled approach to a real and unresolved killing.
