## Synopsis

Tower of God (2020-2024) is a Japanese anime series adapted from a Korean webtoon and produced by Telecom Animation Film, Crunchyroll and SEGA, with two seasons and thirty-nine episodes. Bam (voiced by Taichi Ichikawa) is a boy who needs nothing but Rachel (voiced by Saori Hayami), a girl who climbs an enormous tower so she can see the stars. Khun Aguero Agnes (voiced by Nobuhiko Okamoto) and Yuri Jahad (voiced by Mariko Honda) are among the climbers who test themselves against the floors, each one a deadly trial where rivals and allies shift quickly. The engine is the pull of the summit, where the tower is said to hold everything in the world, and the cost of reaching it. Each episode moves through brutal floor challenges, tense alliances and uneasy betrayals, while the second season widens the cast and the mythology. The atmosphere is dark and epic, with a melancholic devotion running beneath the combat. Fans of Hunter x Hunter and Sword Art Online will find resonance in its trials, ascent and camaraderie, and its emotional core rewards viewers who enjoy serialized fantasy with a grim edge.
