## Synopsis

Juzni Vetar (2020-present) is a Serbian crime drama series broadcast on RTS 1 and Okko, produced in Belgrade. Its protagonist Petar Maras (Milos Bikovic) is a young member of a local gang whose reckless decision to anger a powerful mafia boss places his family in danger. Around him move principal figures including Baca (Miodrag Radonjic), Stupar (Milos Timotijevic), and Dragoslav Car (Dragan Bjelogrlic), each drawn into a web of debts, betrayals and street-level retaliation. The engine of the story is a young man trying to repair the damage he has caused while the criminal hierarchy closes in on the people he loves. Its episodes are built from negotiations, reprisals and tense confrontations in the city's underworld, following a continuing storyline across three seasons. The tone is gritty and tense, with moments of bleak fatalism and quiet family loyalty. Fans of Gomorrah, Peaky Blinders and Narcos will find resonance in its portrait of organized crime, criminal loyalty and the cost of a single reckless choice.
