## Synopsis

Danger Force (2020-2024) is an American kids superhero comedy series created by Christopher J. Nowak for Nickelodeon. Captain Man, played by Cooper Barnes as Ray, and his partner Schwoz, played by Michael D. Cohen, run a fake school to train a group of young sidekicks who have uncontrollable superpowers. The engine of the show is simple: the kids must learn to harness their unruly abilities while the pair runs a cover operation that keeps the training hidden from the adults around them. Mika Macklin, played by Dana Heath as Shoutout, Bose O'Brian, played by Luca Luhan as Brainstorm, and Chapa, played by Havan Flores as Volt, are the core students, and each episode is a self-contained case-of-the-week adventure built around crime-fighting, gadgets and mishaps. The series runs three seasons and sixty-five episodes of roughly twenty-three minutes each, with a broad, slapstick comedy style aimed at younger viewers. Its tone is breezy, goofy and warm, and its themes of growing into one's gifts give it a gentle heart. Fans of Henry Danger, Teen Titans Go! and Kim Possible will find a similar mix of youthful heroics and family-friendly humor.
