## Synopsis

The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch (2020-present) is a United States reality documentary series created by Kevin Burns for History. It follows a team of independent scientists and researchers, including aerospace engineer and optical scientist Travis Taylor, ranch owner Brandon Fugal, head of security Bryant Dragon Arnold, ranch superintendent Tom Winterton and principal investigator Erik Bard, as they take over a remote property in northern Utah long associated with bizarre occurrences. The engine of the show is the hunt for proof: each episode centers on field visits, instrument readings, witness accounts and on-site experiments meant to test whether reported unidentified aerial phenomena, strange energies and portals to other dimensions are real. Former military figures such as John B. Alexander appear as guests with inside knowledge of earlier government inquiries. The show has grown across seven seasons and roughly eighty-six episodes, moving as a continuing investigation rather than a standalone case of the week. Its tone is earnest, suspenseful and eerie, with a documentary feel that keeps the question open. Fans of Ancient Aliens, Expedition Bigfoot and Ghost Adventures will find a similar appetite for unexplained phenomena, team-driven fieldwork and the thrill of possible discovery.
