## Synopsis

All For Love (2020-2021) is a Colombian national-television telenovela created for Caracol TV. A penniless country boy goes in search of his runaway sister in the sprawling city of Bogota, and along the way he falls for an aspiring singer, Irene Romero (Ana María Estupiñán), whose life becomes tangled with his. Carlos Torres plays Joaquin Herrera, and the story pulls the couple into the dangerous orbit of organized crime, where loyalties are tested and family secrets surface. Mario Duarte and Juan Millan appear among the principal players whose schemes and histories drive the intrigue. The series is a single season of sixty-nine episodes, a long serialized romance in which each chapter advances both the love story and the criminal threats around it. Its tone is melodramatic and emotionally heightened, with passion, betrayal and sacrifice foregrounded against the grit of urban Colombian life. Atmosphere comes from crowded city streets, music scenes and tense confrontations with gangsters. Fans of Betty la Fea, Ugly Betty and Pablo Escobar, El Patron del Mal will find the same blend of romantic melodrama and criminal danger, delivered in the classic telenovela style of cliffhangers, reversals and emotional sweep.
