## Synopsis

Tokyo Revengers (2021-present) is a Japanese animated shounen time travel series produced by LIDENFILMS and broadcast on MBS and TBS, adapted from the manga. Takemichi Hanagaki, a directionless freelancer, learns that his middle school girlfriend Hinata Tachibana was killed by the ruthless Tokyo Manji Gang, then is hurled back twelve years after a station platform accident. Voiced by Yuuki Shin, Takemichi uses his knowledge of what is coming to intervene in the gang wars that shape his teenage years, working alongside figures like Hinata's brother Naoto Tachibana (Ryota Osaka) and the volatile Manjiro Sano, known as Mikey (Yuu Hayashi). Each arc is a race to change a grim outcome, with rivalries, brawls and loyalty tested at every turn. The series carries a bruised, urgent tone, mixing gritty delinquent underworld drama with warmth in its friendships and a stubborn hope that fate can be rewritten. Fans of Erased and Steins;Gate will find resonance in its time leap structure, while those who enjoy Gintama's rowdy gang dynamics may also connect. The show is a single season of 55 episodes and remains a returning series.
