## Synopsis

Oxygen: The Series (2020) is a Thai national-television romance drama created by Chesshire for ONE 31. Diligent engineering student Gui (Chanapoom Thenwong) meets Solo (Supanut Lourhaphanich), a music major still carrying grief, at a neighborhood café, and their everyday lives gradually intertwine. Around them, friends and classmates including Kao (Thanabat Ngamkamolchai), Phuri (Phubeth Tharathonchanakul) and Jedi (Rapeepat Aimphan) add warmth and comic texture, while family expectations press on the young men's choices. The engine of the series is the slow, careful pull between two people who must face their pasts before they can trust a future together, told through campus corridors, coffee orders, rehearsal rooms and quiet late-night talks. Across a single thirteen-episode season of roughly forty-five minutes each, the story unfolds as one continuous arc rather than standalone cases. The register is gentle, wistful and intimate, with moments of tenderness and ache, and it sits within the Thai boys' love tradition alongside series like 2gether: The Series and Heartstopper. Set in contemporary Thailand, it is a soft, patient romance for viewers who want emotional intimacy and slow-burn longing.
