## Synopsis

Bad Genius: The Series is a Thai crime drama created by Pat Boonnitipat, following Lin, a gifted top student who is pulled into a cheating racket. Alongside her classmates Grace and Bank, she begins selling her academic talents to wealthier students, and each job demands bolder moves and bigger risks than the last. The series is built on the pressure of exam halls, tuition-driven ambition, and family expectation, and its single season unfolds as one continuing arc. Set in contemporary Thailand, it reads as a reflection on how money and status shape ambition in schools, and on how easily talented young people can be exploited by systems that reward results over fairness. The tone is tense and propulsive, with a sharp undercurrent of unease as the characters realize how much they stand to lose. Friendship strains under secrecy and rivalry, while the moral lines blur with every new scheme. Fans of Thai teen drama and high-stakes school thrillers will find resonance in its blend of youthful energy and moral gravity, along with its steady escalation toward a bittersweet reckoning.
