## Synopsis

Animaniacs (2020-2023) is an American animated sketch comedy revival created for Hulu, running three seasons and 123 short episodes. Yakko, Wakko and Dot Warner, the zany sibling trio, return alongside Pinky and the Brain, whose schemes for world domination keep collapsing into new misadventures. Voiced by Rob Paulsen, Jess Harnell, Tress MacNeille and Maurice LaMarche, the characters anchor a format built from quick, self-contained segments that mix slapstick, musical gags and pop culture parody. Each short is driven by the Warners' mischief and by the chance to take a swipe at pompous authority figures who deserve an ego check. The tone is breezy and cheeky, with satire layered beneath bright, rapid-fire visuals that reward adults catching the references while younger viewers enjoy the chaos. Joined by Starbox and Cindy on a new play date, the revival keeps the anarchic energy of the original Warner Bros. animated tradition. Fans of Pinky and the Brain, Tiny Toon Adventures and The Simpsons will find resonance in its blend of cartoon anarchy and sharp commentary. It suits a family evening or a nostalgic rewatch, with each short easy to enjoy on its own.
