## Synopsis

The Agency (2020-2021) is a Turkish drama series created by Ekin Atalar for Star TV, presented as a single complete season of 45 episodes. Dicle, a young woman who arrives in Istanbul dreaming of becoming a filmmaker, is the protagonist, and she is played by Ahsen Eroğlu. Her world is a talent agency where Kıraç Özdal (Barış Falay) and Feris Dikmen (Canan Ergüder) move among the stars and power players. Dicle struggles to build a place for herself in this glamorous milieu without losing her footing, while the father who abandoned her before birth, Çınar Bilgin (Fatih Artman), now works as one of the industry's sharks inside the same agency. Each episode layers ambition against ego, money against loyalty, and fame against disappointment, as old family wounds reopen. Alongside the career pressures, a rekindled first love threads through the story, giving the drama a wistful, romantic undercurrent. Its tone is glossy yet melancholic, with the bright surfaces of Istanbul's cinema world framing quieter emotional hurts. Fans of Entourage, Smash and Turkish melodrama will find resonance in its blend of showbiz glamour, family secrets and romantic longing.
