## Synopsis

The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties (2020-present) is a French reality series broadcast on TMC, following the Kretz family through their luxury property agency. Olivier Kretz and Sandrine Kretz lead a family of agents that includes Martin, Valentin, Louis and Raphaël Kretz, all appearing as themselves. Their engine is simple and concrete: they match wealthy clients with fabulous homes, negotiate sales and purchases, and handle the practical headaches of luxury real estate in France and abroad. Each episode of this six-season, forty-six-episode run moves from one client's search to the next, giving a steady rhythm of property tours, price talks and family conversations. The mood is polished and aspirational, with an easygoing, sociable warmth that makes the homes and the family both the attraction. Fans of Selling Sunset and Million Dollar Listing will find a similar appeal in glamorous property hunting, while viewers who enjoy family-run business reality will recognize the close working dynamic. The show suits a relaxed evening of looking through beautiful houses and watching a close-knit team at work.
