## Synopsis

Hello, Me! (2021) is a South Korean scripted drama that aired on KBS2 as a single 16-episode season, blending time-travel fantasy with a warm slice-of-life comedy. Ban Ha-ni (Choi Kang-hee, with Lee Re also playing her in the younger role) is a miserable, unsuccessful woman who believes she has lost all her spark until her spunky younger self appears in front of her and demands change. The engine of the story is that stalled adult life pushed forward by a sharp, impatient teenage version of herself, with each episode built around everyday obstacles, family strains and small personal decisions rather than spectacle. Kim Young-kwang plays Han Yu-hyeon, a principal figure in the people around her, and the story leans into friendship and family bonds. Its single season gives it a contained, relaxed shape, and the tone is gentle, wistful and hopeful, with comic warmth undercutting the melancholy of a life that has gone flat. Viewers who enjoy the redemptive second chances of Reply 1988 or the whimsical emotional fantasy of Hotel Del Luna will find a familiar resonance here, though the series stays more intimate and grounded than either.
