## Synopsis

Sky Rojo (2021-2023) is a Spanish crime drama series created by Esther Martínez Lobato and Álex Pina for Netflix. Three women, Coral (Verónica Sánchez), Wendy (Lali Espósito) and Gina (Yany Prado), flee their pimp and his henchmen, and the engine of the show is their relentless attempt to reach freedom while every stop brings new criminal pursuers and dangerous complications. Romeo (Asier Etxeandia) and Moises (Miguel Ángel Silvestre) embody the menace of the underworld that keeps chasing them, while Christian (Enric Auquer) adds another layer of unpredictable pressure. Each season moves the women across Spain in a serialized, road-trip structure, with money, violence and shifting alliances driving the story forward. The tone blends gritty danger with flamboyant, almost pulpy energy, giving the drama a restless, darkly playful edge. Its wild momentum and bold female leads will appeal to viewers who enjoy Money Heist, Vis a Vis and Thelma & Louise. Across three seasons of eight episodes each, the show stays fast, brash and committed to its escape narrative. It is a bold, stylish thriller about survival, loyalty and reinvention under pressure.
