## Synopsis

You Make Me Dance (2021) is a South Korean boys' love drama miniseries broadcast on W-STORY. Its eight short episodes follow Song Shi-on (Choo Young-woo), a dance student who has been disowned by his family and must make his own way. His life becomes entangled with Jin Hong-seok (Won Tae-min), a debt collector whose work as a loan shark puts the two men under one roof and into an unlikely romance. Supporting roles include Lee Jung-hoon (Jeon Hyeong Min) and Cha Soo-ryeon (Lee Su-ryeon), who add pressure from the wider world around the couple. The engine of the story is the tension between the protagonist's wish to pursue dance and the practical obstacles of money, housing, and social disapproval that keep pulling the pair apart. Each episode is built around small domestic moments, rehearsals, and the quiet negotiations of living together under strained circumstances. The series is short and emotionally direct, with a tender, wistful register and a romantic core. Set in contemporary South Korea, it has the feel of a compact Korean romance series. Fans of Given and Bromance will find resonance in its gentle melancholy and youthful longing.
