## Synopsis

My Isekai Life: I Gained a Second Character Class and Became the Strongest Sage in the World! (2022) is a Japanese isekai anime series produced by REVOROOT and broadcast on AT-X. It runs twelve episodes of roughly twenty-four minutes each and was adapted from a light novel. Corporate drone Yuji Sano, a man who never stops working, restarts his home PC only to accept a summons into another world, where he expects to wake up from a dream and return to his mountain of paperwork. Instead he discovers his Monster Tamer class lets him befriend slimes, whose numbers help him absorb magical knowledge until he gains a second class in a flash. The engine of each episode is Yuji trying to cope with his unexpected power while the fantasy realm keeps throwing new creatures and challenges at him, including a loyal dryad and a pack of wolves who join his circle. The series plays as a light, comedic adventure told in a single season. Its tone is breezy, cheerful and self-deprecating, with the running joke of a workaholic who cannot let go of his job. Fans of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime and KonoSuba will find resonance here, along with the power fantasy of Re:Zero.
