## Synopsis

Solos is a seven-episode American science fiction anthology limited series created by David Weil for Prime Video. Each episode of this speculative drama follows a different character, with Anne Hathaway as Leah, Anthony Mackie as Tom, Helen Mirren as Peg, Uzo Aduba as Sasha, Constance Wu as Jenny and Nicole Beharie as Nera, while Dan Stevens appears as Otto across the run. Morgan Freeman narrates the stories. Each self-contained segment places its protagonist in a moment of solitude, under a different set of circumstances, and asks what the isolated person wants and what stands between them and connection. Rather than linking plots, the series builds its shape from separate lives that echo one another. The tone is contemplative and wistful, with a quiet, humane register that finds warmth in loneliness. Themes of isolation, empathy and the persistence of human connection run through every chapter. Fans of Black Mirror, Easy and Years and Years will find resonance in its speculative premises and emotionally grounded character studies.
