## Synopsis

Elliott from Earth (2021) is a British animated science fiction comedy series created by Tony Hull, Guillaume Cassuto and Mic Graves for Cartoon Network. Young Elliott (voiced by Samuel Faraci) and his mum Frankie (Naomi McDonald) are suddenly transported across the universe into a crowd of strange aliens from unfamiliar corners of the galaxy. Their engine is simple and warm: they must work out who brought them there and why, while building a new home and making friends. Mo (Noah Kaye Bentley), a dinosaur and the only other being from Earth, becomes their closest companion, and the episodes are light, self-contained adventures that unfold around shared meals, mishaps and encounters with odd new neighbours. Shaped as a single season of sixteen short episodes, each around eleven minutes long, the show moves at a brisk, cheerful clip without heavy stakes. Its tone is gentle, whimsical and hopeful, with a childlike sense of wonder about the cosmos. Fans of Gravity Falls, Milo Murphy's Law and Adventure Time will find a similar blend of friendly absurdity and kid-sized discovery in its colourful, imaginative world.
