What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
The armed robbers' escape is repeatedly derailed by bizarre witches, occult encounters, and exaggerated bodily comedy.
The male thieves are forced to confront a witch coven whose authority exposes and ridicules their assumptions about power and masculinity.
The fugitives seek refuge in Zugarramurdi, a secluded village associated with witch activity and a looming coven.
The film contrasts crowded Madrid streets, theatrical robber disguises, witch imagery, and apocalyptic occult spectacle.
