What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
The film presents teenage Bo and Luke, Daisy's arrival in Hazzard, and the early use of the General Lee before the television series.
Bo and Luke's driving skills and the orange 1969 Dodge Charger drive the moonshine-running plot and confrontations with Boss Hogg.
Boss Hogg is a cigar-chomping city commissioner who uses his position to obstruct the Duke boys and control Hazzard County.
Bo and Luke are sent to Uncle Jesse's farm, while orphaned cousin Daisy seeks belonging and Jesse struggles to make ends meet.
