What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Jeetu pretends to be deaf and mute after being rescued, and the deception shapes his life as a servant at the Singh mansion.
Jeetu's debts lead to his attempted suicide, his bargain with Gundya and Bundya, and his concealment of the truth.
Jeetu's relationship with Shruti develops inside a wealthy household governed by family authority, marriage plans, and concealed personal histories.
Jeetu's false deaf-mute persona and Shruti's genuine muteness create repeated misunderstandings and comic reversals.
