What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Patema and Age must navigate worlds where people and objects fall in contradictory directions, producing distinctive animation and action sequences.
Patema and Age cooperate across their divided civilizations while the story confronts xenophobia and dogmatism.
The underground and surface societies are shaped by an authoritarian regime, restricted knowledge, and inherited hostility toward the other world.
Deep underground tunnels, inverted spaces, and the threat of falling into the sky give the adventure an uncanny spatial identity.
