What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Sarah discovers a VHS tape containing three linked tales while babysitting, and the separate segments are connected by Art the Clown.
The old VHS tape found in the trick-or-treat bag is not merely recorded entertainment; its horrors begin entering Sarah's reality.
Art the Clown links the terror tales and is emphasized through silent performance, macabre costume design, and unsettling physical presence.
The film foregrounds gore, creature design, makeup effects, and torture imagery within its Ruthless Pictures production.
