What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
The story centers on youkai, enchanted mirrors, eternal night, and the legendary Kaguya figure.
Kaguya's release depends on gathering five items and placing them into five lakes around Fuji.
The repeatedly rising full moon and promised eternal night define the film's central supernatural danger.
Inuyasha's group initially goes their separate ways before the new threat forces them to confront danger together.
