What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
The film follows Tango, Sal, and Eddie in parallel as their professional and personal crises converge.
Undercover deception, police brutality, bribery, and Sal's willingness to commit murder shape the officers' choices.
The Brooklyn setting is explicitly marked by drug deals, housing projects, casual racism, violence, and desperate economic conditions.
An undercover detective, a financially desperate officer, and a retiring beat cop embody distinct paths through the same precinct culture.
