What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Paul Fournier returns from a 1905 scientific expedition to a world that his descendants secretly disguise as his own era.
Hubert, Edmée, and their family construct an elaborate false 1905 environment to spare Paul cultural shock.
Paul's descendants impersonate cousins, an uncle, and other period figures while managing the revived man's daily life.
Paul's 1905 assumptions collide with 1960s marriage customs, technology, family roles, and bourgeois life.
