What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Tariq's biryani and kebabs are essential to his charm and to the couple's romantic connection.
Gullu's disillusionment comes from encounters with men seeking dowry, prompting her rejection of that worldview.
The plot explicitly contrasts Gullu's Hyderabad with Tariq's Lucknow through their personalities and culinary traditions.
Gullu and Tariq's relationship develops through a deliberate scheme aimed at confronting old-fashioned marriage assumptions.
